ENSUITE BATHROOM

Describes a bathroom that is directly connected to a bedroom. Our en suite is inside the room and only accessible by the occupants.

AIRPORT TAXI TO A Seaton Dream

Just hop in a taxi at the designated area. It will take about 25 minutes during none peak hours.

PUBLIC TRANSIT FROM AIRPORT

TTC $3.25 per ride for 1 adult (rate may change). While this option may be the cheapest it is not very convenient and will take quite a long time.

UP EXPRESS TO UNION STATION

Union Pearson Express offers reliable 25-minute travel between downtown Toronto and Pearson Airport.

TOILETRIES

We provide Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, a Hair Dryer & Towels.

TOWELS

We try to do our best to balance the desire of some guests to have fresh towels each day as a luxury while on vacation, against the desire of other guests to reuse towels to protect the environment. Our policy is simple, and without judgement: Leave your towels hanging and we will assume you want to re-use them. Leave your towels on the floor and we will provide fresh towels.

NIAGARA FALLS

About an hour and a half drive to Niagara Falls from Toronto.

RESTAURANT

Many great restaurant just a few minutes walk from the house.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time 2pm (flexible if room is available), luggage can be dropped off if you have an earlier arrival in the city.
Check-out time 11am.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY

Unregistered guest(s) are requested to leave the premises by 12am

PAYMENT

We reserve the right to charge the guest’s credit card for the entire stay within 2 weeks of arrival date.

CANCELLATION

Cancel wit at least 7 Days Notice: Free Cancellation provided you did not a “Non-Refundable” option during the booking process.

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING

We will, at times, offer a Non-Refundable rate. This may be a reduced rate in return for selecting the “Non-Refunable” option, or, during extreme peak times, it may be the only option offered. Please understand that if you book with us and select the “Non-Refundable” option, a refund will not be issued under any circumstances. We strongly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen events.
